When did you launch your business?
I began my real estate career as an individual agent in 2013 and was ranked as one of the “Top 3” Agents at Keller Williams Augusta in 2017, as well as “Top 100” Agent in the CSRA (of approx. 1,700 real estate agents). Young & Partners Real Estate Team was launched in 2018, and we quickly ranked as “Top 10” at Keller Williams and “Top 3” in ‘sales volume’, ‘written contracts’ and ‘listings taken’.
What parts of Georgia do you focus on?
We focus on the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) – Augusta & Greater Augusta- Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Harlem, North Augusta, and Aiken.
Did you go to school for what you do? If so, provide some details about how that prepared you for your business today.
In 2013, I transitioned out of the US Navy as an Intelligence Analyst for the National Security Agency and earned my Real Estate Salesperson License. I also made the decision to join Keller Williams Realty, the #1 tech-enabled real estate franchise in the United States. In 2018, I obtained my Real Estate Broker’s license, and now act as an Associate Broker and Mega Agent at our local Augusta Market Center. For the past three years, I’ve given back to my office, serving on the Leadership Council as Chair of the Education Committee to help other agents enhance their skills. The Young & Partners team offers a versatile and worldwide perspective that is a welcome benefit to home buyers, sellers, and businesses. Our knowledge, approachability, and learning-based attitude makes us a phenomenal team to be in business with.
Whats the story of how and when you decided to start your business? *
Five years of Active Duty Service in the US Navy and five years as a successful Realtor, has given me a solid foundation for establishing an award-winning team. In total, the team and I have served over 145 families and counting. We work with the BEST in the business, from Mortgage companies, Attorneys, Inspectors, and Title Companies.
Tell us about the first job you ever did in your wedding business! *
Whats your favorite part of your job?
Our team gets a great sense of satisfaction from helping our clients achieve their dreams through real estate. It’s a truly rewarding feeling to go through the hurdles of the home buying or selling process with our clients, and to see their smiling faces at the closing table.

What are your hobbies outside of your business?
Outside of the business, the team and I love to enjoy the best that Augusta has to offer whether it be a hanging out on Broad Street at Craft & Vines, discovering new brunch spots off Walton Way & North Augusta, enjoying karaoke at Mi Ranchos, and partnering with different non-profit organizations to be of service to children and families in the community.
