Founding partner Vincent Marra has spent a lifetime in the hospitality industry. Reared in his family’s restaurants, it was no surprise when he enrolled in the prestigious culinary arts program at Johnson & Wales University. After a brief sojourn to academic life to earn additional degrees in English, Philosophy, and Education Vince returned to his culinary roots. For more than 20 years he held prestigious positions in world-class hospitality organizations. Certified as an Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation at age 27, Vince has split time between 5 diamond resorts, national chain restaurants, and hospitality consulting. And now, we birthed the amazing gourmet catering of Gotta Have It Catering and FoodTruck.
