The Factory at Walton Mill, features two (2) separate event rooms, each with its own caterer’s kitchen & bridal suites. The Sycamore Room features 22’ ceilings, exposed brick walls, with an industrial chic feel. The Hawthorn Room features warm wood walls & vast wooden beams with exposed brick & wood floors, Our Hawthorn room also features a huge gathering covered porch for extended space. Each room can host up to 200 guests for a seated reception and ceremony. Our rental includes use of the our designated cocktail room, The Willow Room, and outdoor patio space, all tables (assorted sizes) and chairs, set up and breakdown service, use of the venue’s caterer’s kitchen with coolers/refrigerators, trash removal and two (2) hours of rehearsal time.
