These shots often have a grainy effect or a blurred background. Finally, edgy photography features out-of-the-box shots with unique focal points. If you spend some time acquainting yourself with different styles, it’s easier to find what you want.
Look Through Portfolios
After you’ve thought about different approaches to wedding photography, you should look through some artists’ portfolios. Most Atlanta wedding photographers have a book or website of their work, and that’s a great way to get a sense of which photographer is right for you. Carve out some time to look through portfolios, and never hire a photographer unless you’ve seen their work.

You may also want to ask how they approach the big day. Do they have the leadership skills to corral your family and the wedding party into staged shots? Can they stay in the background and let moments happen organically? Do you think they can make your nieces and nephews smile for photos while also capturing the magic of your first dance as a married couple? Ideally, you want a photographer who can handle all of that.
Consider Videography
In addition to hiring Atlanta wedding photographers, you may also want to hire a videographer. Some photographers also take video, while others can recommend someone to do the video for you. If that’s something you’re interested in, make sure to talk with photographers about your options.
